Terms of Use

Agreement
These terms are a binding agreement between you (or the business you act for) and Tamago Tech ("we", "us") for Trailmark: Audit Trail & Undo (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
What the App does
The App records changes to your Shopify products, alerts you to mass changes, and lets you preview and run reverts and restores. It works on the data Shopify gives us. Shopify does not say who or what made a change, so the App shows what changed and when, not who did it.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, be able to enter a contract, and have the right to authorize the App on the Shopify store you install it on.
Your store data
You keep all rights to your store data. You give us permission to read, store and process it to run the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your store and for reviewing every preview before you run a revert or restore. History may be incomplete if events are missed or delayed, and a revert or restore can fail or only partly apply. Keep your own backups.
Fees
Pricing is shown on the App's listing in the Shopify App Store. Charges are billed through Shopify. We may change prices with notice through Shopify.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App: no breaking the law, interfering with or overloading the service, bypassing its security, scraping or reverse engineering it, or using it to build a competing product. Do not use it on stores you are not authorized to manage.
Our rights
The App, its code and its branding belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while you are a customer. Feedback you send us can be used without payment or credit.
Third parties
The App depends on Shopify and other providers. We are not responsible for their services, outages or changes.
Ending use
You can uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. After uninstall, your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may change or stop the App, and update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows when. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limit of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Indemnity
You will defend and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the App, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone's rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under mandatory local law.
General
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may assign these terms; you may not without our consent.
