Who we are

Trailmark: Audit Trail & Undo (the "App") is operated by Tamago Tech ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy: [email protected].

What we collect

When you install the App, Shopify lets us read your product data. We save a snapshot each time a product changes: title, description, variants, prices, status, Online Store visibility, metafields, collection membership and images. We also keep inventory levels, copies of your product images, and records of syncs, reverts and alerts.

We also store your shop domain, timezone, App settings, and the access token Shopify issues so the App can act on your store.

We do not collect or store customer, order or payment card data. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply.

How we use it

To show your product history, send mass-change alerts, preview and run reverts, restore deleted products, and export your history. Also to support you, keep the App secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that run the App for us (hosting, database, file storage and message delivery), bound to use data only for that purpose; Shopify, as the platform you installed from; and authorities when the law requires it. If we are acquired, data may transfer to the new owner. Data may be processed in countries other than yours.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and session tokens needed to sign you in and keep the App working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not respond to Do-Not-Track signals because no uniform standard exists.

How long we keep it

While the App is installed. If you uninstall, we keep your history so that reinstalling picks up where you left off. About 48 hours after uninstall, Shopify asks us to erase your data. We then delete your product and inventory history, image copies, sync and alert records, and sessions. We keep only a minimal record of your shop (domain, timezone and settings). To have data erased sooner, email us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the European Economic Area, Switzerland or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. Email us to exercise them. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Children

The App is for merchants and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
